RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
In the odd case that you do not love your Siddhaika products, here is our policy on returns:
Is there any return/exchange policy?
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 10 days of purchase date.
You have account or order number; you can start your return.
Do you have any refund Policy?
Upon authorization of returns, we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund. You could choose to get a full refund in the form of store credits or get a refund on your original credit or debit card used for payment in which case return shipping charges and a stocking fee of Rs.100 per order will be applicable. Items that may have been damaged, defective or sent by error will be fully refunded.
Why I have still not received any response about my store credit request?
This would happen because your product has not reached at our warehouse. You can call and write us regarding this.
Can I use number of Promo Codes, coupons and Offers at same time?
You cannot use multiple codes, coupons and offers at one time. You can only use one coupon or code at a time. Use one coupon codes for one order do not place another order with same code. If multiple offers applied to your order, our support team will call you.
